Terms of Service

This FilePaw Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which FilePaw ("we", "us") offers services to you ("User", "you"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1) Acceptable Use

  • You may not use FilePaw to upload, store, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Adult content, pornography, nudity, sexual content, or sexually explicit material is prohibited.
  • You may not upload malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any content designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • You may not attempt to bypass limits, security controls, access restrictions, payment systems, or anti-abuse measures.
  • We may remove content and/or suspend accounts at our sole discretion to protect users, our services, or to comply with law.

2) Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • You may only upload content you own or have the legal right to upload and share.
  • Copyrighted material and content that infringes third-party rights is prohibited.
  • We respond to valid infringement notices and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content.
  • Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

3) Copyright / DMCA Notices

FilePaw respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe content hosted on FilePaw infringes your copyright, please submit a notice using our Contact Us page and select the DMCA category.

  • Your full legal name and contact information (email address required).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
  • The URL(s) on FilePaw that you believe are infringing (direct links required).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable as an electronic signature).

We may remove or disable access to material alleged to be infringing and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

4) Bandwidth, Linking, and Abuse

  • We reserve the right to limit, throttle, disable, or restrict downloads, direct linking, hotlinking, and/or account features if we detect excessive bandwidth usage, abuse, fraud, automated activity, or behavior that negatively impacts the service.
  • We may impose file size limits, download limits, traffic limits, and other restrictions based on your account type and system policies.

5) Rewards / Affiliate Program (Earn Money)

FilePaw may offer a rewards or affiliate program that allows eligible users to earn credits or money based on qualifying downloads and/or sales referrals. Participation is optional and subject to additional rules and eligibility checks.

  • Valid activity only: Only legitimate, qualifying downloads and/or sales may be credited. Automated traffic, bots, click farms, incentivized downloads, misleading links, forced redirects, or any attempt to artificially inflate activity is prohibited.
  • No self-dealing: Downloading your own files repeatedly, asking others to download solely to generate earnings, or using VPNs/proxies/datacenter traffic to manipulate counts is prohibited.
  • Withholding and reversals: We may place holds, adjust, reverse, or withhold earnings and/or refuse payouts if we suspect fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, chargebacks, policy violations, or risk to the service.
  • Verification: We may require identity and payment method verification before processing any payout.
  • Forfeiture: Accounts terminated for fraud or abuse may forfeit unpaid earnings and may be banned from future participation.
  • Program changes: We may change payout rates, qualifying criteria, payout thresholds, and program rules at any time, or discontinue the program, with or without notice.
  • No guarantee: We do not guarantee any level of earnings, and we are not responsible for losses related to changes in demand, advertiser fill, traffic quality, or program adjustments.

6) Ads and Third-Party Services

  • We may display advertisements, including Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks.
  • Third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits. Your browser settings may allow you to manage cookies and ad personalization.
  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or third-party websites you may access through advertisements or links.

7) Availability and Disclaimer

  • The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilePaw is not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

8) Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict access at any time for violations of this Agreement, suspected abuse, or legal compliance.
  • You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your files. We do not guarantee storage for any particular duration.

9) Cooperation With Law Enforcement

FilePaw may cooperate with legal authorities and comply with lawful requests, subpoenas, or court orders.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
