So, why the name FilePaw? Because we wanted something that felt friendly and approachable, without losing the “this is a serious tool” energy. A paw is a small thing that leaves a clear trail. That’s the vibe here: upload, share, done. No labyrinths, no drama, just a clean set of tracks from “I have a file” to “you have the file.”

Every upload starts private by default. Nothing is publicly listed, and your content stays yours unless you choose to share a link or set a file or folder to Public. Think of it as your files staying curled up safely in their own corner until you invite someone over.

FilePaw supports large files and is a great fit for creators who need a dependable place to host downloads, including modders and community projects. If you’re sharing mods, patches, resource packs, or anything your community relies on, we’re aiming to make FilePaw a steady platform you can count on.

We’re also launching our Earn Money program for uploaders. If you’re bringing real traffic and sharing legitimate content, you can earn from qualifying downloads and referrals. We’ve got anti-abuse protections in place so the program stays fair, and so the only thing running wild is your creativity.
